A IHA

The International Halal Academy was founded in 2017 and arose from the then-current shortage of qualified personnel in the Halal service sector. It is a private institute for training, qualification, and continuing education specializing in the Halal segment.

The headquarters of the International Halal Academy are located in the city of São Paulo, the economic heart of the largest economy in South America, at Avenida Yervant Kissajikian, 1040, in the Santo Amaro region.

It maintains a strategic partnership with FAMBRAS HALAL, the first Brazilian certifying body for Halal products, operating in the country since 1979. It is responsible for certifying renowned brands such as Sadia, Seara, Perdigão, Marfrig, Minerva, JBS, Mondelli, Frigol, as well as processed products from industries such as Ferrero, Nestlé, Quatá, Piracanjuba, Lactalis, Itambé, Batavo, Ajinomoto, and Conservas Olé, among others.
