
Conego Jose Bizon
Canon José Bizon, priest of the Archdiocese of São Paulo, holds a Master's degree in Ecumenism from the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Rome; he is a member of the coordinating team of the Movement of Fraternity of Christian Churches (MOFIC), and responsible for the Catholic side of the National Commission for Catholic-Jewish Religious Dialogue (DCJ). He coordinates the Ecumenical and Interreligious Dialogue Team in the Southern Region 1 of the CNBB (National Conference of Brazilian Bishops) and in the Archdiocese of São Paulo. He is a founding member of the Abrahamic Family. He was a professor at the Faculty of Theology Nossa Senhora da Assunção, Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUCSP). He is a member of the Interreligious Forum of the Secretariat of Justice of the State of São Paulo, for a Culture of Peace and Freedom of Belief. He is the director of the House of Reconciliation and parish priest of the São Pedro Apóstolo Parish in Jardim Independência. He organized five books, two in the area of ecumenism, two in the area of interreligious dialogue, and one in the area of priestly spirituality.
