Delduque Oliveira Martins

A civil and sanitary engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, he holds a postgraduate degree in Social Communication and Sustainability from the Methodist University of São Paulo, an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, and a CIO (Chief Information Officer) qualification from Anhembi Morumbi University. He served as administrative and financial vice-rector and vice-rector of postgraduate studies and extension at Centro Universitário Metropolitano de São Paulo and UNIESP - União das Instituições de Ensino do Estado de São Paulo; he was also Director of Strategic and Institutional Development at Anhembi Morumbi University. He taught at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, Fundação Dom Cabral, the Center for Sustainability Studies at the São Paulo School of Business Administration of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and Anhembi Morumbi University. He served as executive director of Fundação UNIESP and FENAESC – Federação Nacional das Entidades Sociais e Comunitárias do Estado de São Paulo. As a consultant, he worked with various educational institutions in administrative and financial management, academic affairs, and distance learning technology. He is currently Director of Projects and Institutional Relations at Grupo FAMBRAS and Executive Director and Secretary General of the International Halal Academy.
