The International Halal Academy was present at the Makkah Halal Forum 2026, held from February 14 to 16, 2026, at the Makkah Chamber for Exhibitions and Events Center in Mecca, Saudi Arabia — one of the most strategic international meetings in the Halal sector, under the theme "Halal as a Professional Industry".

The event brought together government representatives, business leaders, international organizations, and experts from over 16 countries, featuring strategic discussions, workshops, bilateral meetings, and panels that focused on professional standards, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion in the global Halal market.

IHA was represented by Tamer Mansour, Director of Internationalization, who highlighted the importance of the meeting: “It was an excellent forum, we learned a lot. We engaged in dialogue with universities, professional bodies, and Halal authorities. We will bring many new developments in training, learning, and new sectors, in collaboration with priority authorities from surrounding countries.”
