The 2nd Halal Technical-Scientific Congress – CTec Halal 2025, held in parallel with the Global Halal Brazil Business Forum 2025 on October 27th and 28th, has established itself as the largest academic event of the International Halal Academy, significantly expanding the reach of applied research within the Halal ecosystem.

In its first edition, in 2023, the Congress received 17 scientific papers, featured 10 oral presentations, and awarded four honorable mentions. By 2025, the growth was significant: 44 papers submitted, 12 oral presentations, and 15 honorable mentions—a 160% increase in the volume of papers received.

The Congress Proceedings are now available and serve a permanent purpose: to record, disseminate, and inspire. They preserve the memory of the event, celebrate the advancement of Halal research, and offer the scientific community and the productive sector a solid reference for the development of new studies and solutions.
