The 2nd Halal Technical and Scientific Congress – CTec Halal 2025, held alongside the Global Halal Brazil Business Forum 2025 on October 27 and 28, established itself as International Halal Academy’s largest academic event, significantly expanding the reach of research applied to the Halal ecosystem.

At its inaugural edition in 2023, the Congress received 17 scientific papers, featured 10 oral presentations, and awarded four honorable mentions. In 2025, growth was significant: 44 papers submitted, 12 oral presentations, and 15 honorable mentions—an increase of 160% in the number of papers received.

The Congress Proceedings are now available and serve a lasting purpose: to document, share, and inspire. They preserve the memory of the event, celebrate advances in Halal research, and provide the scientific community and industry with a solid reference for developing new studies and solutions.
