Religious Coexistence in Latin America:
From Dialogue to Cooperation
A Partnership for Coexistence, Solidarity and Dialogue

The World Muslim Communities Council and the Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil (FAMBRAS) join forces to promote the 1st International Seminar – Islamic Dialogues between Cultures: Brazil, Latin America and the Arab World.
This unprecedented initiative stems from the shared conviction that Islam should be an agent of peace, inclusion, and collective development in the societies in which it operates. The partnership between the Council and FAMBRAS represents a joint effort by institutions that, from different realities and contexts, share a commitment to strengthening the Islamic values of justice, solidarity, and peaceful coexistence.
Throughout the month of July, the seminar will feature panels on key themes for Islamic communities in Latin America, addressing cultural identity, combating poverty, and interfaith cooperation, with the participation of scholars, leaders, and representatives from around the world.
